Math is one of those cumulative skills that students don’t want to learn. If there’s a lack of concentrate on the basics early in a child’s education, by the time we see them in college algebra, they struggle. Too many times I hear adult students say how they hate math and realize what they really mean is that they are afraid of it because they never learned it. Math labs don’t help, because at my campus, it’s based on rote learning.


Yep going to class always helps.
